Do you remember your favorite teacher? It might be one who inspired you to pursue your career or maybe one who encouraged you to keep trying when you were struggling.  I was blessed to have such a teacher who was our form-master during 9 years - she was the most  talanted educator, sensitive pedagogue and  kind woman I knew. Even now I remember her name - Gritsunova Ekaterina Petrovna. History is full of such teachers, people who have worked with one student or many thousands.

 

  But time goes fast, education is transformed now into institutes that are not focused on BRINGING STUDENTS UP on pedagogical base. What I notice, everything is changing into business relation - rate takes the first role nowadays. Modern pedagogical institutes do not  bring professional educators anymore. We still can find some professionals who made their choice and who devoted themselves to education, but this is not because of the institute's merit. It means that society is losing real professional educators in general sense which creates the bases for raising empty people. By the way, this term "empty people" has become wide spread now, because, as many experts say, we live in time of empty people. That is why there are so many life coaches / spiritual coaches for that reason - people did not get true values from family or education.
